It means that the person having to help in some manner is exhausted,annoyed or fed up with the antics of the person they're taking care of.

They feel like in the moment of stress that the person they're assisting are more trouble then they're worth.

If called out they may try to devert that the expression is referring to an object or situation.

my forever her always is a phrase i have with one of my best friends. however, her phrase would be my always her forever. she is my forever and i am her always. this phrase was inspired by the term forever & always meaning FOREVER and ALWAYS if you know what i mean. we will forever be there for eachother in any time we will always support eachother.

a promise of love between two people in a commited relationship that they will hold each other close in their hearts and not let go of each other.
