A white person, usually a teenage male who takes on the identity and lifestyle of an inner city "g". There are 3 different kinds of wiggas, the first kind is really pathetic more than anything and is a self esteemless and depressed teenager with a bad home or social life who's only sense of belonging comes from inner city/gangsta culture. They do not consciously believe they are black or From the hood but can't help from taking on that persona as it seems to be the only way of showing their pain. The second is a really stupid suburban white kid who literally believes they are an inner city black kid who is destined to become a famous rapper. This one is just hilarious. Third is the obnoxious white kid who consciously chooses to act like they are a hard thug to gain social standing. This type of wigga is offensive and mocks people who really deal with the dangers and pains of the hood.
