One who always claims to be, or even instigates situations in order to be a victim.

The Victim Whore will do whatever it takes in order to accrue sympathy , thus gaining a measure of power and control.

Who is considered to be a victim? A person who is considered to be a victim would be the person that got physically, mentally, and emotionally abused. In law, A victim is a person who got unlucky during the time being. A victim can be used for anything like a murder, Armed robbery, or even bullying.
