Technology

Technology and change doesnt make everything better. Theres a preoccupation with safety in everyday life that wasnt there before the 2000s, and it hasn't stopped people from dying. People aren't designed to socialize primarily online or from home instead of in person. Technology doesnt replace nature, and theres danger that comes with nature, there always has been.
Nature is duality, it's not just female and it's not just male. Technology doesnt change nature.

Technology

With newer technology, the auto industry didnt improve and make wolves and grizzlies to go with the cougars, and theres no lions, tigers, cheetahs, or leopards to go with Jaguars, instead they got names like vibe, flex, and solstice now. The auto industries in other countries are laughing at these names.
Technology changes are not always improvements.

Spider Cup Technology

A device or process that appears/is claimed to help the environment, while in actuality causing environmental damage to use.
Person 1: You shouldn't use a piece of tissue to get a spider out of your home, it could hurt the spider! use a reusable plastic cup instead.
Person 2: Would you drink from that same cup afterwards?
Person 1: What no why?
Person 2: Well, a cup is harder to make than a tissue, and they both get thrown out afterwards, some real Spider Cup Technology you got going on there.

Technological Boomer

A technological boomer is someone who rejects any type of proprietary software/device and has the purpose of “tracking” you. Their argument is that newer technology, especially software and Google/Apple (which are the main distributors) devices are made with the purpose of not only bloating your device with all sorts of useless features what you will not use, but also track every step you take. A technological boomer, in this case, would become an advocate for the use of non-proprietary/free and specially open source programs. They will always say that it is totally possible to use FOSS only and be able to ditch all the corporation crap. With this in mind, you will become more free, private and safer. These “evil corporations” will no longer be able to see the shady/explicit content on the websites you visit.

They also say that smartphones are evil (because they are controlled by these big corps.) and people should take a step back and return to the old days when we only had cellphones with no GPS/internet capability and stop with the use of social media because they make you addictive to them and actually get a proper life by raising up your arse and going outside and meet people in real life rather than giving all your data to a company that could use it against you if they wanted to.
Have you seen that Luke Smith guy on YouTube? Man, he is definitely a technological boomer! He is always saying we should stop using proprietary stuff and that these big tech companies are selling our data to advertisers.

technology years

Like dog years. 1 earth/human year is equivalent to 10 technology years
me: This app won't work? you: what phone do you have? me: An iphone 5. you: Dude your phone died of old age a long time ago. 5 Technology Years is like 50 human years!
