scene kids

a bunch of kids that only go to shows for big time bands. they usually copy the outfits of kids from their school and have moved from their own turf at american eagle and A&F and took over hot topic. they DONT support the local scene, but claim they do becuz they saw their friends band play with emery once.
a boy that wears girl pants, eyeliner, a karabeaner, a bandana out of his pocket, cut gloves (usually one), and thinks that he matters for dressin that way.

a girl who is really a prep, but thinks she is cool cuz her boyfriend is in a band that usually sucks. she thinks that bands like emery and underoath are hardcore and gets scared when kids dance around her.

ALSO KNOWN AS FAKIES.

Scene Kid

A scene kid is a spin-off of "emo". You started seeing scene kids around when people started getting sick of the whole "depressed emo" thing. Scene kids are somewhat like emos; they may be into the same type of music, wear the same clothes and make-up and have similar hair but scene kids take away the whole depressed thing. They are much happier and bolder than emos (or example wearing leopard print or bright colours) They also can wear, for example tracksuits and clothes sterotyped to be "chav clothes" as they are challenging the chav look, from the time where chavs and emos were "at war". Scene kids also so "two stepping" dancing at gigs and in mosh pits, which can be rather comical and different to gain a range of attention.
"huh, whats with that emo there in trackies and dancing like a weirdo in the mosh pit?"
"hey that's no emo. that's a scene kid"

scene kids

people use stereo-types to decide who is or is not a scene kid.
independence can not exist in a cliche.
i have multi-colored hair, non-mainstream t-shirts, lots of bracelets, a girl belt with stars on it, and (not to brag) i have a better understanding of life than (mainstream) people do. i choose to b the way i am, because i like my style. and frankly...thats the important thing.
if a preppy kid went to another country where it was (cool) to b scene, he would b a scene kids.
i say, "do ur own thing"

scene kid

A scene kid, or a "scenster," generally refers to someone who defines their personality by how many cordinates (usually very tight) they can wear at once, while maintaining an equally hip side part, and maybe even a side lip ring to off center. Scene kids usually listen to obscure bands and are always seen at social gatherings where they can show off their attire to their peers.
The only difference between scene kids and hipsters is hipsters are ass holes about grammer and punctuation. Hipsters are very quick to leave a spelling error corrections whenever a mistake is made, even if the comment is completely irrelevant to the post.
"Hey Tobias go put some product in your hair and get a tight shirt and and lets go to the Missfortunite Miffets Show at the Biz."

scene kid

A scene kid is often mistaken for an emo, however they are in many instances not, they are worse! They try to be everyones best friend and think that everyone is jealous of the. In the majority of instances they are disliked by anyone with any sense and who has more important things to worry about than

(a) if their skinnies are tight enough
(b) if they are wearing enough animal print
(c) if they have enough eye liner on.

In fact a scene kid often denies the fact they are a little scenster and are quick to name others as scene kids.

It is commonly mistaken that anone who wears skinny jeans and pumps is a scene id this look has merely been adopted by the scene kids becasue it is an accessible fashion.

Scene kids are often rich (fuelled by daddies credit card) and think they are beautiful (in some cases they are pretty) and moan about how cruel life is amongst their scene friends but whilst amongst the common people they appear to have everything. They overexaggerate everything appearing to always be happy, in a good mood and laugh deliberately loud.

The individuality and uniqueness has been lost in a mass of self admiration and a fickle attitude to life.
A scene couple watch a common person.

Scene girl: omg that girl over their is sooooo a scene kid!!!
Scene boy: i know, what does she think she is doing with those skinnies and acting all perfect.
Scene girl: we would never try and act like that.
Scene boy: I just hate scene kids, they make me want to rip my skinnies.

scene kids

okay, wow.
you people have no idea what your talking about.
why do you hold so much hate against the scene?
yeah, scene kids are very exclusive, and tend to pack together, but thats usually b/c its hard to find them around you, and b/c they try to keep underground, underground.
im not in the scene anymore,
I got tired of all the fakes coming in.
they've ruined our name into what it is today.
no, we don't run around plotting against "preps".
and we're not all gay.
scene kids derived from the "underground music scene"
origonating in the UK,
and spreading into Orange County, and across the world through MYSPACE.
alot of scene kids DO have alot of myspace friends,
b/c the TRUE scene kids,
are usually gorgeous,
and people are envious.
and if your bashing, its probably you.
we are not to be mistaken with emo.
we don't hate the world,
and we aren't filled with apathy.
we tend to look the same,
but we're all different inside, we're all PEOPLE.
not plastic, although we adorn ourselves with it.
we listen to good music, music that stupid people don't know, and we keep it that way.
so while we're listening to waking the cadaver, with real piercings, the REAL hair, and everything else, you can go ahead and think your a "scene kid" while listening to MCR witha fake nosering and shitty ass hair.
fake scene kids should die,
b/c they are the ones trying to be something they aren't.
thats why we're mean and stuck-up.
we're VAIN. and think that more than half of you reading this are plain out FAKE. well, here's the TRUE definition for you confused people.
