This is where group of people all drink heavily and get very drunk. The first one that needs to vomit turns to their right and vomits in their friends mouth. The receiver then needs to hold it for 5 seconds, if the receiver subsequently needs to vomit they turn to their right and continue the chain. The winner is the person who can hold it in their mouth for 5 seconds without vomiting.
