Goobies

Popularized in Asian countries among mixed martial artists, practicing "Goobies" consitsts of eating an excess amount of fat in order to help the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E. This technique among trainers is to increase stored energy for their fighters. Since they are eating a higher concentration of fatty foods, they must cut down on carbohydrate and protein intake. Notable supporters of Goobies includes Ping Wai "The Kamikaze Bombakazi" Ho. Yoshimura "Mayhem Mitsubishi" Lui. Ogino "Oh No" Kayo and Ouchi "Uchi Gutchie" Mitsuo.

That fighter definitely did some Goobies before the fight!
