I chat for losers. You will commonly find these chatrooms abundant in anime sites. Chatters usually are in the age group 10 - 16. However , if you are any race other than white , they will flag you. The moderation is pathetic , and biased. Chatting sessions for said users usually range from 110 to 610 minutes a day. That's almost 8 hours a day , that's pathetic.
