When a person, usually female, responds negatively to harmless banter or takes it to heart.

Guy: See that girl over there? She's been in such a bitter banter mood lately.
Guy 2: Why do you say that?
Guy: I called her a dork and she cried.

John: Leslie, you are such a dweeb!
Leslie: You are always so mean to me!
John: Don't give me that bitter banter! Now go make me a sandwich, woman.

Despite the obvious derivation from the word "bitch," the word bitty has no negative connotations. Rather, the inverse is true: "Bitty" is a term for an attractive female, but is not used as a direct compliment or pick up line--it is casual.

Singular: That bitty over there is looking at you man.

Bitty Patrol

Bitty Patrol is a designated group of members with an obligation to serve for the common good of men who put bad bitties aka bitches in their place who can't control their alcohol and or mouths.

A girl is at a frosh and steals a bottle acting like she deserves it, so the bitty patrol comes into play saying you do not deserves that, you are nothing but a dumb bitty.

If a girl mouths off to you, when everyone knows she is out of place and is obviously the drunkest girl at the party, so the bitty patrol comes into play to issue a citation when is needed.
