Ultra Q

A band based in Oakland, California formed by Jakob Armstrong, Enzo Malaspina, Kevin Judd and Chris Malaspina. The band is named after the Japanese tv series Ultra Q and was formerly known as Mt. Eddy.

Q&D

Acronym for "Quick and Dirty". Used in organizations that do a lot of quick and dirty work in order to save time when planning, or as a means to avoid discussion of this style of problem solving. Can also be useful as plausible deniability. Also: QnD, QAD.

- "So my boss told me to just do it Q&D"
- "You really need to stop working at companies that need an acronym for quick and dirty"

G. Q.

G. Q. is acronym meaning Gentlemen’s Quarterly, which is a magazine that gives tips about men’s lifestyle. The term G. Q. refers to a man that resembles the ideal male Gentlemen’s Quarterly tries to portray. This is typically a well dressed and well mannered gentleman, who get's a lot of women because he is such a gentleman.

-Max: Did you see the way Mary was eating right out of John's hand? He did so many gentlemanly things that night, from getting a chair for her, to putting his coat down on a puddle so she wouldn't have to step in the water.
-Alex: Man what a G. Q., I would never do that for my girl.
-Max: What girl? And you wonder why you are single.

Q pac

The term used to define anyone that goes to Quinnipiac College. I believe it was started by Yalies that don't appreciate the tools that go to Qpac coming into New Haven on the Qpac bus. (Yes, they have a bus that drops them off and picks them up after binge drinking and usually right after they have vomited on the streets of New Haven.)

God, I hope Q pac isn't back from break yet... the bars are so crowded.
