wubbums

An especially pitiful person or animal, usually of the baby (or immature) persuasion. Distinguishing characteristics are a pouty face, and perpetual whining emanating from the mouth. Tears may also be present. Fans of Emo music and culture often exemplify the traits of wubbumsness. Can be used as a noun or an adjective.
