Most often seen when someone had too much sugar or caffeine.

Emily: Are you even listening?!?!?

Emily: No I don't!...(goes on talking non stop)

1. When someone waits for their chance to talk about themselves.

2. When someone takes a conversation in a different direction so they can talk about themselves.

3. When someone takes a conversation backwards so they can add something else about themselves.

Interesting story bro. It reminds me of the time when I did something similar. If I didn't do it I know someone that did it or did something similar probably better than you or whoever you're talking about. No that was not interesting and you may want to go to a Dr. and get checked for narcissistic verbal diarrhea before someone gives you a Wichita Barn Burner with a side of Duck Butter.

From the medical texts books this was cleary dianosed as recently as 2004. ver'Bal-Die-a-ree-aa!
Defined as one who uncontrollably spews forth non-sense and useless verbage only to satisfy the need to hear their own voice and irate and deafen others.

I can't beleive the amount of verbal-diarhea that was spewing from his mouth! My god, it was disgustingly vile and deafening.

I can not handle the amount of verbal-diarhea that is coming forth from your rancid breath and it must stop!

Nonsensical verbal diarrhea. Blathering a neverending stream of craziness at someone who has no interest in and/or cannot understand what you're talking about without a break in "conversation" allowing for them to politely escape.

Stay away from Bob today, his verbal diarrhentia kept me trapped in the break room for an hour.

You can use the Verbal diarrhoea to describe a string of words which form a sentence that are so stupid, so idiotic and so god awful it is like someone has spewed diarrhoea from their mouth and the sounds that the diarrhoea has made from hitting the floor has created those awful words.
