Basically means technique. In football, if you cannot control a ball rolling along the floor at 5mph, then you will be deemed to have no tekkers whatsoever.

bare tekkers

A phrase used to describe the level of ability that an individual has in relation to a task or skill. Usually used in a football context, the phrase bare tekkers could be applied to anything that requires skills.

The phrase is the combination of two words, bare (urban sense) which means lots of or loads, and tekkers which is short for technique.

"Did you see Smithy's run and goal yesterday lad?"

"Oh yeah, man's got bare tekkers you get me?"

Its actually a word created by a cute 24-year-old guy who doesn't actually look like 24 but 14. He would say the word if someone compliments him. He felt burdensome when people say good things to him.

Lay : Xiumin hyung is so famous.
Xiumin : Tekk tekk tekk!
Lay : He's well known.
Xiumin : Tekk tekk! Stop!

GREATEST FIGHTING GAME EVER
unmatched depth in gameplay. Probably take 10 years to master all the layers of depth within just tekken 3. Button mashing aint gonna get you far on this one. The fighting system isnt based on over the top infinities, shooting fireballs, or over powered moves. Yet it is still so fun.

i like tekken tag more than tekken 4.
Hopefully tekken 5 will rock.

Tekkoshocon

An anime convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that usually happens around April or every year. It has an average of 2,000+ attendees for it's 3+ days. It's a fun, friendly convention with smart people running it. The anime dances that happen after 12 o'clock are pretty wild, along with the awesome guests every year. It's sister convention, KuroKiiro Fesitval, happens in November or October. In 2010, Tekko was held at the David L Lawrence Convention Center, as always.

The dealers room at Tekkoshocon was awesome!
