Ghetto youth who make their money by robbing, or "jacking", random people on the streets, using some type of pistol or handheld firearm. Coming from the process of holding somewhat at gunpoint, or "sticking them up".

Stick-up-kids ran up on us on the corner.

The hardened remments left on the bottom of a kitty litter box caused by not cleaning it in the intended time period. Usually require smacking the litter box against some hard surface like a dumpter or trash can to loosen the stickpoos.

"I smacked the side of my cat's litterbox to loosen up all the stickypoos that were attached to the bottom of it because I waited 3 weeks to change it."
