Starlight Cadets

An alter ego of the famous indie rock folk fusion (irff) band Great Moon. According to the official band website:

From a black hole in the universe, Commander Starlight Omega 1 was born. His quest is to fight the everpresent danger in the deadly oceans of the galaxy. He lives off the sun's rays and thrives off of his deadly excapades. He is our universe's savior and will live forever to protect lifeforms of this galaxy. He has formed Starlight Cadets and the Ocean Deep Treachery to let his quest be known and to straight up jam out.

Reply Stalling

When the recipient of your text message, instant message, etc. takes between 10 and 30 minutes to respond, and you take it upon yourself to read their message, and do what they did (take 10 to 30 minutes to respond). This makes for very long, non-engaging conversations.

I know Sarah wasn't at work, she just wasn't responding quickly, so I decided to begin reply stalling to get back at her.

staring relationship

when you're walking in school or something and you just happen to to look at someone and they are staring at you, so you stare back. this staring at each other happens multiples of times, causing you and this other person to have a "staring relationship".

Raven- man, some guy is like burning a hole through my face.

Joshua- what do you mean?

Raven- some guy in my first period class stares at me all the time.

Joshua- well maybe he was staring at you cause you're just so darn-good delectable.

Raven- truuuuuuuuuuuuuue

Joshua- i was kidding.

Raven- oh.

Joshua- haha yeah well you're now in a staring relationship... arent they great?

Raven- lmao, sure guy, w/e you say...

1. An extremely rare disease unheard of in the Eastern Hemisphere of the world. Only two cases in the entire world have been diagnosed. Common side effects include: excessive infatuation with Japanese culture, inability to focus or do something at all perceived productive, and an incalculable hatred of water and salad.

When my friend had The Sterlings, he never left the house because he couldn't stop watching Anime porn.

My dad almost died in the desert because he would not drink water because he had The Sterlings.

Man, I felt like I had The Sterlings, I did not finish my homework, i forgot to go to practice, and I played my Nintendo DS until 3AM.
