The act of screaming as you vomit. Often done after extensive drinking or from screaming, singing, or talking loudly for extended periods of time.

Spoit

The kind of diet where you don’t add salt to deserts. This is similar to being vegetarian as they don’t eat chicken. However with a spoit, they do not eat salt with their dessert.

I can’t add salt to my crème brûlée because I am on a spoit diet.

Shomitting

The act of shitting and vomitting simultaniously after a long night of drinking, possibly mixed with perscription drugs.

After Paul's blackout birthday party at the thirsty turtle, Jay came back to the dorm and was shomitting after drinking way too much mixed with muscle relaxants. This resulted in a trip to the hospital, and a night where no one can forget the little bit of what they remembered.

The definition of the word Shomits is taking a shit and vomiting at the same time.

He woke up 7:30 am Sunday morning after drinking a lot Saturday night. He started to take a shit and in the middle had to vomit, immediately following he continued shitting. Now that is what I call a serious case of the Shomits.
