In a medical or physiological context, "Spasmanoid" could be used to describe an individual or organism that displays consistent, spasm-like, or erratic movements, especially in the head or upper body area. This could be due to a neurological condition or other medical causes.

In a metaphorical or social context, it could denote a person who behaves in a highly erratic, unpredictable, or volatile manner, demonstrating metaphorical 'spasms' in their actions or reactions.

Please note that if used to refer to people, this term should be used carefully, as "spastic" can sometimes be perceived as derogatory or offensive, particularly when used to describe individuals with certain medical conditions
