smoozlepooge (n) Cannabis, Marijuana, Ganja. Of disputed etymological origin, possibly a compound of Snoop Dogg's 'izzle'-isms (e.g. 'fo shizzle') and the 'Snoochie Boochies' of Jay and Silent Bob notoriety, combined with the phrase 'smoke pot'. Originated in the southeastern US.

Occurs after an incident in which much socially unacceptable behaviour has occured. A sozzlefest takes place to apologise to the the general public. Flailing often occurs in conjunction with a sozzlefest.

Ms Nguyen: "What is Emily doing on the floor again?"
India: "Oh she just said something utterly ridiculous, hence the sozzlefest!"
