Possibly an East-Coast term. Messing someone's shit up, quickly and effectively.
Not necessarily knocking someone out, more like beating them dizzy, bullying them, or wreaking their shirt and face up. Like when someone is being jumped and they are left them bruised and pwned in just a quick second or single action.
