a name for an annoying and pathetic chara. The name originates from "party pooper", but these characters are so obnoxious that parties are not possible in their 100 mile vicinity, thus there is no party for them to poop on.

Person 1: Have you heard of Four from Battle for BFDI?
Person 2: Yeah, they are such a pooper!

Person 3: Sniffles from Happy Tree Friends is NOT a pooper.
Person 4: (whispering) pooooooppeeerrrrrrrrr...
