to describe a person(usually a meth user) that appears to have been awake for days, skin accompanied with a layer of grease/sweat while looking like the life got sucked out of them, eyes looking 'soulless', disheveled and/or non-maintained attire. yet they possess an unusual amount of energy in lieu of fatigue.

Trina walked out of her apartment lookin pilt AF. I dont think she even realized she had her makeup on for 2 days straight. she better not come inside my car and close the windows with us inside it. my eyes are gonna start burning like a mother fucker!
