The romanticization of everything that is stressful. Taking part in everything you hate acting as if you love it, non-denial of stress, and doing every activity non-tirelessly let it be personal or interpersonal.

James: I took the initiative in all the programs of the Student Council, and my schedule is very full. I'm so tired.

Phoemela: Why don't you let go of some of your activities, so you can take a rest?

James: No.
