Hisoka Morrow a.k.a Hisoka The Magician a.k.a number 44.
He is a character in a very popular anime/manga series know as Hunter X Hunter. He is attracted to fighters and repeatedly interacts with another character named Gon.

(SPOILERS BEYOND THIS POINT)
He is also number 4 in the phantom troupe and only takes the Hunter Exam to kill people without being arrested.
