This is eyeliner worn by men, it could be any eyeliner.
This could mean the man is gay.
Guyliner can even be tattooed on the face(a woman can do this too).

Guyliner

eyeliner for guys. This term was mostly used in the 2000s by Emo guys. Now not so much because guys wearing full face makeup is now popular I guess. Pete Wentz made a tutorial on how to apply guyliner.
