3 or more people making as ass of themselves in public.

Not restricted to drunk people, because we all know of people who need no alcohol to act like an ass. Get three of them together and they become a public nuisance. Like geese pooping on your lawn, these gagglatards have no clue they are doing anything wrong.

Look at those gagglatards.

I wish there was somewhere else these gagglatards could go.

Someone needs to push those gagglatards out of here before they ruin the entire day.

a word to describe a person who laughs at LITERALLY everything you say. not usually because it’s funny, probably because you’re about to get cancelled because of how bad it is, you’re just not easily taken seriously, or a mix of the three.
