Over-Gape

Over-Gape is when the inside walls of the rectum are forcefully expanded to such an extent (through penetration of course!) that it will not expand any more without ripping the soft tissue of the anus. Over-Gape will resemble that of a deep chasm or bottomless pit. A fist would fit inside without touching any side.

Gape

to relax - via sexual intercourse, the use of a dildo, fist, or other object - an anus to the point where it will remain open, at least for a short while, when the penis or dildo is removed. Gaperoni

While having anal sex, when you pull out and the anus is gaped, you spoon mac and cheese into it. You must use the spoon originally used to stir the cheese into the macaroni, not a regular spoon you would normally eat with.
