To quit something, to stop it like the show Full House was canceled. Normally used in a rapping like way...

After 20 minutes of hearing the bitch screaming from the house next door, andrew finally had enough. He stuck his head out the window and yelled "CUT IT OUT LIKE FULL HOUSE, BITCH!"

If somebody is talking to you for a long time and you just want them to shut up, look at them and say "cut it. cu-cu-cu cut it. Cut it. Cut it out like full house".

When one is so drunk he/she can't untie their shoes but can manage to find a knife and cut himself/herself out of them.

Coined by the band Audacity in a Victim of Time interview in Chicago 2014, "Two or three days ago we were in Iowa City and we were pretty drunk and Matty was the last one up and he had to cut his shoes off with a knife. He woke up and said “I was so drunk last night I had to cut myself out of my shoes” and I thought it was a figure of speech or something like that."

Costello Cut-out

Similar to an "Irish Exit", the Costello Cut-out involves leaving a party or social gathering without saying goodbye, but shuffling your feet on the way out.

Gary : Hey where did Johnny Boy go?
Mike : I don't know, he was just here laughing and having fun. Then he disappeared.

--30 minutes later--
Gary : I think he gave us the Costello Cut-out.
Mike : Yea, shuffled right out on us.
