A portmanteau of the words cumshot and compilation. When a brother from another mother edits the best part of a bunch of pornographic videos (the cumshot) together, you get a cumpilation. It saves you the time of watching the whole video to get to the part you probably like the most. In addition, you do not need to acquire all the videos to get all the cumshots.
