For example your have to take your friends kid to there sports practice and you get in the car and you almost pull a Wilbur (Wilbur Soot) aka almost fucking dying. When this happens the car starts moving you crash Into another car and when you do this you realize ah shit this is gonna be bad so your friend cusses you out and your sitting there like "fuck off Mary ur boyfriend was a hoe anyways then their like ugh wow well ur dads the one that's been sleeping with me. After this happens you've ruined a friendship and you hate your dad. :)

When an individual is wide awake walking around alert and conscious gets into a vehicle to either drive or be a passenger of that ride and will almost instantaneously fall asleep. If the person is not nudged awake and some sort of way upon falling asleep or shortly thereafter they fall into a deep sleep which is really hard to wake them from unless of course the car has stopped moving to which they wake up almost as if a switch switch them back to life this can be dangerous do not allow anybody to drive with this condition
Kids: mom can you take us to school
Dad: mom's busy guys but I can take you come on let's go
Kids awkwardly staring at each other wondering who will be the one to break the news to Dad
Kids: no it's okay we'll take the bus dad thank you though
Dad: what? You guys never want to ride with me in the car anymore

The word is a portmanteau word from car (for a motor vehicle, but it can occur on a plane or a train as well) and narcolepsy (a sleep disorder). The difference between carcolepsy and narcolepsy is that people who suffer from carcolepsy occurs in people who do not have a sleep disorder. It is theorized that people with carcolepsy are sensitive to gentle vibrations, the sound of the car engine or the tires interacting with the road, and a rocking motion. These stimuli have a soothing effect on some individuals. This sometimes interferes with the person being able to drive although they have no manifestations of narcolepsy. The best example of carcolepsy, although the term is not often used in this situation is taking a fussy baby for a car ride to make them sleepy. Sleep medicine physicians sometimes jokingly use carcolepsy when someone brings this issue to their attention.
I was really looking forward to a chat with Aunt Helen on the drive to Grandma's house but she had an "attack" of carcolepsy as soon as she got into the car and slept the whole way there
