Adjective.

Redditor with a very low IQ, easily triggered, expressing white guilt (often racist against white people) and hate/ want to shut down r/cringeanarchy because it desagrees with the sub.

similar expression to cringe, but with less intensity: people that go to art school and are sometimes hyperactive tend to be called cringish. mostly it just means an overly lively person, not necessarly an insult.
