Insanity, craziness or callan is a spectrum of behaviors characterized by certain abnormal mental or behavioral patterns. Insanity may manifest as violations of societal norms, including becoming a danger to themselves and others, though not all such acts are considered insanity.

Boy: "What? you seem fine to me."
Girl:"Nah...I've gone Callan."
Boy: "Oh, that's a shame. Get better soon!"

Callan is a bumrusher

Callan is a bumrusher, for example you will be at school and you will randomly hear screaming because callan is bumrushing his friend into a brick wall, and bumrushed his girlfriend into a bench.

He is also ranga so ranga pubes run

When callan sees his target he sees them at a brick wall and charges his ranga powers to go bumrush them and he goes neeooooowwww and yep they dead and they scream “HEEEEEELP HEEEEEEELP”
