budakai hair

hair commonly used in anime and games.
"budakai" hair is hair that is impossible to grow/style, but is still present on a persons head in said game/anime.
The term originates from the dragonball/z/gt game anime where mso of the characters have ridiculous pointy bendy random hair that is impossible to possess.

Bosnian slang for "Crazy Person". During the 1990's when many Bosnians came to the USA as refuges and encountered ghetto black people for the first time, the word evolved to specifically refer to typical black people who display blatant "I gives no fucks about anything and my ignorance is to be celebrated" ghetto-as-fuck behavior that no non-black person could ever possibly understand because of its utter stupidity.
