A blurb is just a short written peice about something. Usually it's in reference to a newspaper article that briefly mentions a barely newsworthy item.

The blurb on the second page only scratched the surface of the material.

When you get slightly teary eyed so that your vision is blurred by your tears, usually when watching something sad or touching. Basically a way to indirectly say that you nearly cried.

I was watching Planetes, and the ending was so touching that it gave me blurryvision

A commonly used expression to reference a situation where things are ambiguous or unclear. Sometimes meaning "to push the envelope" or test the boundaries of acceptability.

"So what's the situation with that guy you met?"

"It's kinda blurred lines, we're not dating, but we're more than just friends with benefits."
