A greeting used by people in the country, typically rednecks. In general it is not negative but simply another way to address someone. It is sometimes used with a drawn out 'A' sound for further emphasis.

"Whats up there beh?"

"What are ya doing today beh?"

"I'm gonna go and catch some fish fer dinner beh!"
