One that is of Fijian Indian decent that has an active dating lifestyle often involving many many partners or one that exhibits behaviours typical of one that has an active dating lifestyle.

Once directed exclusively towards women as a pejorative, the term is now more commonly utilised in reference to all genders exhibiting aforementioned behaviour.
