Or
To hurry someone in an awkward position so they calmly and completely submit.

Originated in the Bay Area from Asian women becoming so confused and uncomfortable that they completely follow the demands of random homeless panhandlers. Also found in LA applying to everyone found in such a situation.

Homeless Panhandler: Can you spare some change?
Asian Woman: Uh sure here's a quater.
Homeless Panhandler: Why dont you give me twice that?
Asian Woman: Oh sure, here you go.
Homeless Panhandler: Just give me it all.
Asian Woman: Oh alright.
