Someone who posts definitions on Urban Dictionary.
Oftentimes, unfortunately, term applies to internet preteens who think it is amusing to type in their illegible chatspeak and insult peoples mothers. They also attempt to use ghettospeak in with their chatspeak, making it illegible to the nth degree.
