Ubiquitous Porcupine

A person who is always around, usually with spiky hair-hence the porcupine. Every corner, every hallway. There is no escaping the uncomfortable eye contact and awkward conversation intrusions. Wherever you go, there will always be a ubiquitous porcupine that you will never escape from.
They tiptoed the hallways in fear of a run-in with the ubiquitous porcupine.

According to Kerry and Gates by the mid 21st century there's supposed to be more people in Africa than China and India combined. So they're proposing something called ubiquitous fertility management. I don't know 😕 🤷 why they're doing this.
