The combination of the words "Trump" and "delusional". This is an adjective that describes someone who is as touch with reality, or delusional, than Trump.

When my friend told me that the cost of living is the same as it was 10 years ago and that inflation is a cons called them Trumplusional.

When you compare a big Tic Tac with a little Tic Tac, which obviously sell at different prices due to their sizes, to define inflation, rather than comparing the prices of two boxes of Tic Tacs of the same size at different times.

MAGAnomics has grossly redefined inflation via trumplation.
