Alternate spelling (with alternate pronunciation) of the name Theo, generally considered more casual and thus clocking in at no.3 in the top 10 men's names of all time (ranked by overall goodness) behind Theo (no.2) and Gary (no.1).
Person 1 (on the phone): "Hello, is that Theo speaking? I'm calling about the urgent medical advice your requested"
