A media hyped response to upcoming snowfall where people irrationally panic about the impending storm. Typically accompanied by school, work and road closings before the snow has even begun to fall. Frequently, the snowverreaction is followed by a lower-than-forecasted accumulation.

The news headlines claiming the blizzard of the century was coming caused everyone to snowverreact and shut down everything before the snow even began to fall.

Snave hit

A hit out of a bong or bowl that no longer contains any visiable remnants of marijuana. A person who takes snave hits attempts anyways due to a psychological belief that they could possibly feel postive effects from trying, even if their fellow smokers know better. Usually only attempted by scrubs.

I think the bowl is cashed but there may be a snave hit left
