Skiboo (fem. Skibette)

Any punk ass wannabe;

Skiboo (fem. Skibette);generally described as any male between the ages of 16 and 25 who presents himself publically with his pants so low to show his underwear; the crotch half way to his knees. The person wears alot of fake gold over a popular sports jersey. A goatee is common, and the offensive person prefers a rott or a pitbull on a chain. Schtick: professes loyalty to a gang that he does not belong. This often leads to negative forces brought upon the subject.

A disregard of information, emotion, or any fault.
Similar to 'whatever.'

Sometimes used as a substitute for an entire conversation in order to avoid a stressful situation.

"Eh, hey bud... you're on fire... like, literally, on fire. " "Well, you know what they say man. Skabopadew!"

Ex: Instead of telling his manager he was quitting, he just yelled, "skabopadew!!" And left.
