A brownie that consists of an oreo baked between a cookie and a brownie. Known for being super delicious and starting to get to be a popular dessert.

adj. a combination of flirty and slutty referring to the extreme state of being flirty, affectionate, and immodest when drunk. Often characterized by hugging/kissing when the victim has sent out no vibes or invitations to do so, as a person in this state is filled with remarkable self confidence and believes that anyone, regardless of sexual orientation, would be honored by his/her touch. In some cases can be found endearing, but others may find it annoying or offensive.
