A gym rinse is a quick soapless 1 minute rinse of your body that you resort to in any of the above situations.

Bronson: Hey Paco do you usually take a shower after P.E? Paco: yeah, but only a gym rinse, that kid Jeremy keeps checking me out so I usually try to be quick about it.
