Usually a black female, rachetness is being extremely loud and annoying.
Unlike a "hood" ratchets know better than to be disrespectful but they have no concern for other people.

For example "Heaven Mason was filling the classroom with her rachetness today."

Rachetedy is a noun describing the magnitude of "rachet" behavior that occurs in a neighborhood, group of people, or any environment/groupings otherwise stated.

The rachetedy in this concert is so much, I can smell the all the sweaty ass from the constant twerking and taste the spit in the air from all the tongue-out pictures.
