raafat is a guy that always has a positive outlook on things and loves talkin to people he always play cod specifically modern warfare. To describe discomfort whilst jumping out a window. Most common use is in 4chan to describe rage classic, but has since been applied to meta-rage.

While Rorschach was evading the swat team by jumping out a 2nd story window he screams RRAAAARRL for this to adequately describe the rage he was feeling.
Paradoxically 4chan users have found it describes their rage when dealing with anything that greatly offends them.. IE. that furry shit.
