Hai Phong is a Vietnamese city and also a name. People named hai Phong are usually pretty funny and nice to other people. They get triggered pretty fast usually. They have a lot of friends but some people might say they are is a friend but Hai Phong might see them as an enemy. They are very sensitive to what they hear.
