1 Kilo: 2.2 Lbs. of marijuana.
16 Ounces in a pound. 2.2x16 = 35.2 Ounces
35.2 Ounces = 985.6 Grams of Marijuana

A Lid: Generally mistaken to be exactly one ounce of
marijuana, a lid is actually just a large bag or
container of marijuana similar or comparable in
amount to an ounce.

Well, now you should pretty much know the terms used to describe verious amounts of marijuana. Standard prices should start with $15-20/gram, $50-60/8th, $100-115/quad, 300-360/ounce, and an absolutely sick amount of money that nobody should ever spend for a kilo. You want a kilo, you grow a kilo. You grow a kilo, you become my friend.

More bounce to the ounce

Originally, Pepsi Cola used the phrase in 1950 for their marketing slogan, "More bounce to the ounce." Meaning, it pepped you up more with each incremental amount. However, Roger Troutman recorded the song for his band Zapp in 1980. It became a huge hit. In the song, which is recorded as a dance hit, he writes, "I like to watch them bounce", "get on the dance floor" and the song also features his voices uttering the sounds that sound like man's tongue and lips blubbering. This clearly indicates the reference to a woman's breasts and a man's desire to see them on the dance floor bouncing, not to mention the enjoyment of experiencing breasts on a more intimate level. Basically, the current concept of "more bounce to the ounce" refers to how most men find a large set of woman's breasts more desirable than smaller sets.

Mexican Ounce

A true ounce is 28.5 grams. A Mexican Ounce is 25 grams (not 24 grams as incorrectly defined above). The reason the measurement is shorted is because it is easier to divide and multiply by 25 rather than 28.5 when converting between imperial and metric measurements. That way when it is split from larger quantities like kilos or pounds, it divides into even smaller quantities and there is no remainder.

For example:

1lb = 16oz = 400g (true measurement of 456g)
1kg = 40oz (true measurement of 35.2g)

Johnny: I went to Hector for an ounce and when I weighed it out it was 25g.

Robbie: Damn! That's only a Mexican Ounce. Last time we buy from that dude.
