Mashed Pachicken Cheese

A locally famous dish made in Leeside, Cork, Ireland that includes a large portion of potatoes, Kerrygold cheddar, and potatoes all mashed together. It is usually served with a side of brussel sprouts or another vegatable, and in rare occasions, rashers.

A girl who is simply amazing. There are no real words to describe how beautiful she is, or how funny she can be. One of the most amazing person in the entire universe. Everything about her is perfect! She's intelligent, strong, romantic, adorable, funny as well. its not a surprise that she's always looking happy. Often hurt at times but never down in misery. The center of attention of any crowd, the show stopper. If your mad she'll always be right there to pick you up, has the eyes of an angel:D and the body of a goddess,someone who hides so much, and still manages to keep her head up high. the one who isn't afraid to say what she means. the one who all of the guys want for her looks at first, but then realize what she really is--- one of the purest most beautiful human beings on the planet, inside and out. everyone loves this girl, including me. I LOVE YOU!
