Expressive feeling related to the mind, cause: mental ventilation. To explain the thought process via feelings about thoughts.

She was feeling so good with her boyfriend, she could say anything with ease, as freely as a new born bird with thoughts she was hyper-mentalating.

mensabation

Incessant, extended discourse on a subject during social interaction time at a Mensa meeting. When engaging in mensabation, the speaker drones on seemingly forever, saying essentially nothing to an audience of one. He/she is oblivious to the fact that no one else is listening.

That guy is really into mensabation!
